As of 23 September, student reception will take place (building D, room 3.16) at the following times
- Mondays from 15.00 to 16.45
- Thursdays from 17:30 to 19:30

On some dates, the reception will be subject to changes. Below are those already scheduled:
- 07/10 to 08/10 § 11:30 - 13:30
- 14/10 suspended
- 17/10 suspended
- 28/10 to 30/10 § 17:15 - 19:15
- 04/11 to 05/11 § 17:15 - 19:15
- 14/11 to 14/11 § 10:00 - 12:00
- 12/12 to 11/12 § 10:00 - 12:00

- 19/12 to 18/12 § 15:00 - 16:00

From 20/12 to 06/01/2025, the office hours are suspended.
