Course Outlines: 
The course program is divided into two modules. The first one examines the Italian tax system, emerging from 1998's tax reform. The system is framed in a theoretical context which underlines the effects of taxes on private economy. The second module examines the theoretical schemes and the effective realization in Italy of Health and Pensions Systems. It concludes with an "excursus" on the role of fiscal institutions on the design of public intervention on market economy.
