Your plan of study is the one associated with your cohort; the cohort is the year you enrolled in your first year.
The plan depends on the course of study you are enrolled in and the curriculum you have chosen. It consists of the fixed exams, constrained-choice exams (which you choose from a predefined list) and the free-proposal choices (also commonly referred to as TAF D Activities). The latter are subject to approval, but if you choose the already pre-approved activities (see the file at the bottom) there is no need for this step. You can make different proposals if you have specific interests: in this case they will be evaluated by the Department.
If you have any doubts about the contents of the curricula, contact your Course Coordinator (even in case you transfer, shorten or switch courses of study).
In case you want to participate in an international mobility program (Erasmus, etc.) you will agree on the plan with the exchange coordinator teacher.
The procedure for submitting study plans, any changes and the actual updating of your transcript in Esse3, on the other hand, is the responsibility of the Student Secretariats - OFFICE CAREERS (find information HERE).
