PROGRAMMA 2009-2010 Il corso, strutturato in lezioni ed esercitazioni, si articola in: 1. LISTENING AND READING. Ascolto di presentazioni e conversazioni e lettura di testi: lettura e comprensione di varie tipologie di testi specifici del TOURIST AND BUSINESS WORLD. Durante le lezioni la docente guiderà gli studenti a sviluppare la loro capacità di lettura estensiva e intensiva, concentrandosi sui seguenti punti: • identifying the topic • predicting and guessing • reading for general understanding (skimming) • reading for specific information (scanning) • reading for detailed information • interpreting a text 2. SPEAKING AND WRITING. Produzione orale e scritta: gli studenti saranno guidati dalla docente ad articolare conversazioni tecniche, specifiche del settore turistico e commerciale; saranno inoltre forniti loro gli strumenti necessari per elaborare un progetto scritto specifico del corso di laurea. Durante le lezioni sarà cura della docente monitorare lo sviluppo delle abilità di speaking e writing, concentrandosi sui seguenti punti: • Structuring oral and written discourse: following the rules (socio-cultural and linguistic rules) • Planning and following the layout: generating ideas, structuring, drafting, focusing, evaluating, re-viewing. • Language features. Respecting differences in language: specific/technical language; styles; genres; register and dialect; the jargon • Language as a social processing: language and culture • Spelling and punctuation • Lexis and grammar • 3.GRAMMAR FUNCTIONS The Present Tenses: present simple and continuous; The Past tenses: simple past, used to/would, present perfect, present perfect continuous, past perfect; The Future Tenses: be going to, be –ing, will/shall; future continuous will be -ing The Passive voice The Modal Verbs: ability, permission, requests, advice, suggestion, preferences, necessity, choice, expectations, deduction. If Clauses: 1st, 2nd and 3rd conditional Gerunds and Infinitives Phrasal verbs Nouns Quantifiers: some, any (and compounds), a lot of, a few, a little; either/or, neither/nor. Prova d’esame: una scritta (prova di grammatica di accertamento della lingua, 3 reading comprehension and a written composition), una prova orale (presenting a 4-5 day trip). • I PROVA SCRITTA: prova di grammatica di accertamento della lingua, 3 reading comprehension (B1 LEVEL) ON BOTH GENERAL TOPIC AND TOURISM; a written composition (B1 level) on specific topic (tourism). • I PROVA ORALE: presenting a project: a 4-5 day trip (tourism students). Gli studenti che devono sostenere l’idoneità sosterranno solo la prova scritta; nel caso abbiano conseguito l’esame PET, non dovranno sostenere la prova. Gli studenti che devono sostenere l’esame (6 e 8 crediti) sosterranno le tre prove scritte e la prova orale anche nel caso in cui avessero sostenuto la certificazione PET. Gli studenti frequentanti e non frequentanti dovranno sostenere le stesse prove d’esame. Solo gli studenti frequentanti possono iscriversi al pre-appello. CDL in COMUNICAZIONE AZIENDALE E GESTIONE DELLE RISORSE UMANE 3 ANNO: 8 crediti, lingua straniera esame di profitto Prova d’esame: una prova scritta, una prova orale. Prova d’esame: una scritta (prova di grammatica di accertamento della lingua 3 reading comprehension and a written composition), una prova orale (presenting a product, a company). • I PROVA SCRITTA: 3 reading comprehension (B1LEVEL) ON BOTH GENERAL TOPIC AND BUSINESS/HUMAN RESOURCES; a written composition (B1 level) on specific topic (business, human resources). • I PROVA ORALE: presenting a project: a product, a company, etc. ( CRU students). Gli studenti che devono sostenere l’idoneità sosterranno solo la prova scritta; nel caso abbiano conseguito l’esame PET, non dovranno sostenere la prova. Gli studenti che devono sostenere l’esame (6 e 8 crediti) sosterranno le tre prove scritte e la prova orale anche nel caso in cui avessero sostenuto la certificazione PET. Gli studenti requentanti e non frequentanti dovranno sostenere le stesse prove d’esame. Solo gli studenti frequentanti possono iscriversi al pre-appello.
