ABSTRACT

This seminar proposes the first findings from a three-year project on Latin America’s higher education involving institutions from Scotland, Germany, Spain and Slovenia. Latin America's higher education sector is booming, but the quality of services is not at the desired level. Project financed by EU aims to help the LA universities in their efforts of developing the research culture and research strategies. Second goal is to develop the rigor, quality and transferability of doctoral provision.
